Hotel Nacional Cocktail

The Hotel Nacional is one of my all-time favorite rum cocktails! It's easy enough to make and pretty much everyone I've served it to liked it a lot. It is a classic cocktail and an excellent drink to pull out when you want to treat your guests with something easy drinking and tropical.

2 oz (60ml) Aged rum. I used Rhum J.M Gold

1/4 oz (7.5ml) Giffard Apricot

1 oz (30ml) Pineapple juice 

1/2 oz (15ml) Lime juice

1/2 oz (15ml) Simple syrup

Shake well and double strain into coupe or martini glass. Garnish with lime wheel or pineapple of some sort. Or nothing, like me!
