After a couple of suggestions from friends on Instagram (check out @thejohanhagstrom) I decided to create a Mezcal cocktail with the base idea similar to a Pimms Cup. It has a lot of fresh fruit, ginger and some herbaceous notes to it. Super delicious! If you absolutely don't like Mezcal, try it with Tequila instead, works just as well ;)

I also made a a tall ice cube with a frozen cucumber inside it, looks really fun and you can obviously switch out the cucumber for something else if you prefer.
