This is how I Make a Penicillin

Penicillin, one of the more popular cocktails in bars all over the world over the past 10 years. A riff on a whiskey sour, but with a slightly spicier and smokier touch to it- simply delicious! And it's easy to make, win-win if you ask me. Impress your whiskey sour drinking friends at home for your next party!

 Penicillin

1/2 oz Ginger Syrup (see link below)

1/4 oz Honey Syrup (same link as Ginger)

3/4 oz FRESH lemon juice

2 oz blended Scotch (I like Johnnie Walker Black for this one)

Garnish with candied ginger and a spray of a peated scotch, such as Bowmore, Laphroaig, Ardbeg or Lagavulin.
